Berries
Give your body a healthy dose of sugar with a serving of strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries. These high fiber fruits are packed with antioxidants and provide your body with a variety of nutrients.
Greek Yogurt
A fantastic source of protein, Greek yogurt is filled with probiotics that can boost your immune system and reduce stomach issues. Also high in calcium and potassium, one serving offers a number of health benefits. Eat it plain or top it with fruit and granola for a luxurious meal.
Water
Everyone is different, but adults are generally advised to drink eight, eight-ounce glasses of water per day. Hydrating first thing in the morning is a great start to the day because it allows you to start working toward this level before leaving the house. If you need caffeine to wake up, follow your glass of water with a cup of coffee or tea.
