We are certified with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the women’s contracting program. With this certification, We are eligible to compete for federal contracts set aside for this program.

HTSS is certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), which validates that the business is 51% owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman or women. The WBENC certification gives women-owned businesses the ability to compete for real-time business opportunities provided by WBENC Corporate Members and government agencies.

The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online professional networking platform that provides nearly one million women the forum, education, and services to thrive in an interconnected world.

As a staffing and recruitment professional for over  30 years, I have seen many changes in the industry. Over that time, I’ve witnessed a transformation in the way organizations view staffing services. Today, we see more and more companies using staffing services as a strategic tool, rather than just for temporary fill-ins.
