What Is The Process For Finding Employees Through HTSS?
HTSS will ask you to provide job details, including the full job description, job requirements, schedule and pay rate. By clearly understanding your needs and job requirements, we can select the best candidates for you!
What Kind Of Screening Process Do You Provide?

HTSS can customize the screening process to suit your needs. All candidates will have a social security verification and safety testing. The following services are customizable:

  • Skills Testing
  • Drug Testing
  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Professional License/Certification Verification
  • Additional Services Available Upon Request
What If I Am Not Satisfied With An Employee Placed By HTSS, Inc.?
Our temporary-to-hire option gives you an opportunity for a trial period before converting the employee to the company. Please communicate any concerns/issues to an HTSS representative. We will work diligently to resolve your concerns or begin sourcing new candidates for you. We also offer direct placement services with a guarantee period.
