Apple Days
Nothing is more fall than an apple festival. Held at Burnside Plantation in Bethlehem on September 7-8, the 6th Annual Apple Days offers fun for the whole family. Enjoy apple bobbing, cooking and colonial demonstrations, musical performances, mouth-watering apple desserts, kids’ games and more.
PierogiFest
The pierogi is a Pennsylvania classic, so it’s only natural there’s an entire festival dedicated to it. Held on September 14 at the Bethlehem SteelStacks, PierogiFest — presented by Clubhouse Grille — is your chance to sample a dozen varieties of pierogis. Some of the menu offerings include sautéed taco pierogis, brisket pierogis, vegetarian sautéed caprese pierogis and apple pie pierogis.
Allentown ArtsFest
Presented by the Alternative Gallery, Allentown ArtsFest takes place at Cedar Beach Park from September 27-29. Enjoy three stages of ongoing local music, plenty of kids’ activities, a skate park, giant graffiti murals, comedy and improv sets, breakdancing competitions, works by local artists, tasty local food, craft beer and wine.
