Pat Howells

Pat has over 30 years of experience in the staffing & recruiting industry. She began her career as a recruiter in a national staffing service's Light Industrial Office where she was promoted to Manager of both the light industrial and clerical divisions. She left to work for another national service out of Philadelphia and opened two new offices for them within a year. As Division Manager she oversaw 21 offices throughout the mid-Atlantic region and received awards and recognition for her success in management and sales. In between her time on sabbatical and founding her own company in 1993, she offered private consulting for a staffing firm in New Jersey.
HTSS, Inc. (formerly Howells Temporary Staffing Services) was founded with the intent to provide exceptional customer service to valued clients and career advancement and security for jobseekers.
